Mobility & Ride-Sharing

Verification at sign-up, and every month after.

Onboard drivers in hours, and keep licence and vehicle status current across an active fleet.

The problem

What usually goes wrong

Driver supply is won or lost in the first forty-eight hours. A driver who signs up on Monday and is still waiting on Thursday has already signed up somewhere else.

The subtler risk is the opposite of slow onboarding: fast onboarding with no follow-up. A driver verified in January holds a licence that expires in June, on a vehicle whose fitness certificate lapses in August. Nothing in a one-time check catches either.

What changes

Driver activation Hours instead of days
Compliance drift Expiries caught on schedule, not at audit
Ops headcount Verification stops scaling with driver count

How it works here

Where verification fits

Same-day activation

Licence and vehicle checks complete during the sign-up flow, not in a queue behind it.

Class matching

Confirm the licence actually covers the vehicle class the driver has registered.

Scheduled re-verification

Re-run checks across the active base and act on expiries before they become incidents.

Contactability

Reach a vehicle's registered contact when an incident requires it, with consent on record.
